Accommodations

For accomodations, there are three possibilities:

the first two are organized by the center either staying at the Institute or in rooms in an appartment in the village. The cost for this arrangement is of 290 € for a single room for 6 nights or 230 € for a shared double room. If your room is in the Institute, the price also includes breakfast. 

The third opnion is to stay in a hotel in the village with costs of about 80 € per night.

Lunch is organized for all participants at the center for the 5 days of the meeting at the cost of 60 € overall.

Coffee breaks, social dinner and a welcome cockail are offered to all participants. 

Participants make their own arrangements for other dinners.

Staying at the Institut d'études scientifique de Cargèse

The Institute housing facilities on site include 27 double rooms, a studio and a villa. The booking of the room is available during the pre-registration.

Lodging in the village

A 20 minutes walk is required to reach the Institute from the village, it is therefore necessary to provide proper footwear and a flashlight for night returns.
